Φτιάχνουμε τούρτα Black Forrest

Υλικά

240 γρ. αλεύρι γοχ
300 γρ. ζάχαρη
80 γρ. κακάο
2 κ.σ μαγειρική σόδα
Ελάχιστο αλάτι
2 αυγά
175 γρ. γάλα ανακατεμένο με χυμό από μισό λεμόνι
175 γρ. ηλιέλαιο
175 γρ. δυνατό εσπρέσο ή άλλο καφέ
1 κ.σ εκχύλισμα βανίλιας
Γέμιση
2 κονσέρβες κεράσια ή βύσσινα σε σιρόπι
25 γρ.
